Practicing regular functional strength training exercises will improve the blood circulation in your body and reduce inflammation, while releasing tension in your muscles and joints. This is key to improving, and maintaining your health and well-being.

Upper Body

1. Push ups

Supportive function:

Strengthens and improves heart function

Improves blood circulation

Strengthens and tones the muscles in the upper body
